This is my most affordable option for bespoke work. It works wonderfully as a gift for a friend, and I will provide you with an image file so it is perfect if you plan on reprinting the work in the future.

This option is much more detailed and colourful than the black and white drawings. It is perfect for capturing the colour of a home, wedding venue or holiday destination, making it a wonderful piece of sentimental artwork to hang on the wall or display among photographs.

As well as building portraits, I have created drawings and paintings of your most treasured memories. Marriage proposals, childhoods spent at the beach or parts of your favourite city - if you are thinking outside the box, just talk to me about your idea!

The Process

1. Send me an e-mail or message with your commission request - include your preferred size, photographs of the building (the more the better!) and any special requests like lettering, people or family pets!

2. I will get back to you confirming how I can help and a quote for the work.

3. Once confirmed, I will send you a pencil sketch within a week laying out the drawing. You can then let me know if you like the layout or want to make any changes or add any extra flourishes! I allow one round of changes at this stage.

4. Once you are happy with the sketch, I will ask for your payment and delivery details before adding ink and/or paint to the piece.

5. 2-3 weeks later, I will post the artwork to you. I will use First Class post, signed for (UK) or international tracked and signed.
